About this program
These terms govern the account text message program of United Account Services: who can enroll, what we send, how enrollment is confirmed and how to stop at any time.
Optional account text messages
When you provide your mobile number and expressly agree in this portal, United Account Services may send automated informational account notifications and account-related marketing messages about your account with United Account Services: account updates, payment reminders, payment confirmations, settlement offers and replies to your messages. Every message concerns your account with United Account Services; this is not a general marketing or newsletter program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a payment. Your payment options stay the same if you decline. You must be authorized to consent for the mobile number you provide. Your consent applies only to United Account Services.
Confirming with YES
To confirm enrollment, reply YES to the confirmation message. Account messages begin only after confirmation.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to stop messages. Under these program terms, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also withdraw your consent. Other clear requests to stop, such as “stop texting me” or “unsubscribe me,” are honored too, whether you send them as a reply or through our office. You receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. Messages restart only after you opt in again in this portal and then confirm with YES. Reply HELP for help.
